On April 9, 2025, at 4:00 PM (Korean time), a Mass of thanksgiving was celebrated at the Jeonui community in Korea to commemorate the 30th 

anniversary of the founding of the Franciscan Missionary Brothers of Service.

Despite their busy schedules, five Sisters from the Franciscan Missionary Sisters of Service kindly joined us to share in the joy of this anniversary: the Superior General, two General Secretaries, the Local Superior, and the Treasurer. We sincerely thank them for their gracious presence.

I also wish to express my heartfelt gratitude to all the brothers who have faithfully and quietly done their best in their respective places to bring us to this day. As we mark this meaningful 30th anniversary year, I pray that our community may grow in maturity and fruitfulness through the spirit of unity, harmony, inclusion, acceptance, and mutual listening.

May every step of our religious journey be filled with greater joy and wisdom in God.

Lastly, I offer once again my deepest thanks to the brothers who have walked this path faithfully and steadfastly, even amid challenging circumstances.
